Hope that they will make ends meet, stay out of poverty, and make a good living for themselves. What I express here are true and educated facts that are proven way of making someone self-employed and ready to create their own job in some way. This will give you what we all want. THERE ARE many way of going about this challenge. It is more unlike what most people say are the ideal circumstances for the ideal situation. Many will go about saying its all about being in the right place at the right time. I would say that is less than half of it.

People desire freedom from bosses and from unrealistic expectations from those bosses of what is required to meet deadlines.

Employers FOCUS ON MISTAKES, and not on strengths. They do not see the good things, nor do they encourage employees to get better by talking about their strengths. Its only about what to do to cut out mistakes for the customers and keep the customers they have or even increase their customers and/or clients. That stifles employees abilities to perform at higher levels do to fear of loss and termination.
