That stifles employees abilities to perform at higher levels do to fear of loss and termination.

More Grit Than Glory in Network Marketing.
January 28th, 2011In this particular blog entry I want to take a look and focus on the network marketing industry as a whole and help put things in perspective for you, especially if you are failing.
You may be failing in business, in family, and in your life overall. But let me tell you from experience. Its more about grit than glory.
I would like you to take a look at the 2002 NFC wild card matchup between the 49ers and the Giants and tell me what this is about for you, which of course is much more appreciated as a football fan, which I believe can be very effectively translated to the network marketing industry.
Notice how people’s careers are on the line. Some getting a second chance and some not..
How there was the issue of composure and a very unfair advantage given to the 49ers in a very bad call beyond their
control in the waning seconds of this particular game. And there is even a guy that went down as a loser in the most dignified way compared to everyone else who was blaming everyone but themselves, including the coach of that loser of the game.
To me this very much defines my network marketing career. Many mlm programs have been started, never to finish. Never ready to give up and and hoping for a direct turn of fortunes in this crazy time we live in.
So what does it take to be successful in this time of unforseen and changing occurances in business and industries all around the globe?
It will take a lot of adjustment and a willingness to sacrifice for your team, I believe. Some will hate you and not appreciate you. Some will celebrate you and be friends with you for life.
Either way we all have a game to play. That primary game is the cash flow game. But don’t let that get in the way of how we handle situations when things get tough. Keep our composure and ALWAYS think of what good will come out of this before it is too late and we destroy potential longer term relationships in the industry.
If we continue to fail over again we really have no one to blame but ourselves.
There is a lot of good training out there on the internet, but without guidance from a mentor, I’ll admit myself, that it is very tough.
When the talk about the 2 or 3 percent of the industry that fails consistently, that is very true and real.
But I do believe it takes more Heart than talent and more Grit than Glory.

December 3rd, 2010If you are going to play to win in business and in life, the paths that lead to success, happiness, and peace of mind can be many.
Abundance in life and achievement takes a lot of skill and determination. Obstacles are going to come up in every single project assuredly.
Its great when we love what we do. We sometimes though have to be on the outside looking in to develop ourselves and our wallets to a greater degree. Doing what we love to do can be relaxing, enjoyable, and time consuming altogether.
That is why I bring up this point..
Ok, so this is a jock type of post. I personally love this type of stuff for many reasons but most importantly, you’ve got to seize the opportunity as it appears.
The opportunity for the Cleveland Cavaliers has been let go. With so much lack of effort and tenacity that I observed in last night’s embarrassing loss to the Miami Heat there was not much that was competitive about that sporting event whatsoever after Lebron James already completely embarrassed his fans, teammates, and city over a national television decision that should have been left out of the spotlight in that way, which was never done before to my knowledge and I can only hope never happens again to another team. I also saw problems with the bench of the cavaliers actually talking and laughing along with Lebron, actually making him more comfortable in the process.
So how would all of this relate to doing more business?
Its about developing key strategies that will separate you from the pack. Not settling for less than the best and getting the best for your money.
Sports, unfortunately is a business and the best players are, if not drafted, paid for if they want to be kept.
So keep playing to win and do not take the cavaliers example into your own generation whether its new or old school you prefer.

It is no easy task. It takes utmost discipline, work ethic, and most importantly WILL POWER AND DETERMINATION.
How Do You View Your Current Full Time Occupation?
You see, so many people are completely bored, tired, and full of caffeine, its no wonder people cannot positively think about changing their life, especially with all of the negative talk in the work place including constant complaints, gossup, and lack of future and security.
One of the things that are lacking and less coached on in my opinion is how you conduct yourself and what attitude you have at the workplace.
If your going to change you mental attitude toward work in general, great! there is great potential for you to convey to yourself that you are going somewhere.
If you are not concerned over how you are perceived or looked at in the workplace then you may have a problem with giving your best to whatever you are doing.
When keeping a job and at the same time working a home based business, the beginning tendency is to think of that business for large part of the day and become distracted by the goings on in that business.
If you let yourself stand out from the rest, as in the %1 of all workers in your workplace, even saying with enthusiasm, BRING IT ON! you are different and have leadership mentality that goes to benefit you in your workplace and as an entrepreneur.
How do I know I am not wasting my time because my time is so limted outside of the full time workplace?
This is a really good question to ask, since much confusion can occur when getting started as a part time entrepreneur in something like network marketing onlineand one may wonder where the time is to be able to accomplish this.
What it really and honestly boils down to is your seriousness in accomplishing your own will. As talked about the determination and will make one of the hugest differences in how much time you will allow yourself to take out of your day and learn what is needed to take on such a task. 10 hour days? 12 hour days? Or 14 hour days? Whatever it takes within your reasonable alloted time. If only about an hour a day is taken at minimum, than simple strategies that you can get going on right away are conceivably attainable.

Needy Or Greedy? Which is better?

In my estimation, being neither needy or greedy will get you where you want to go and neither builds character. And for one of these reasons these shoppers were not willing to give up the supposed freebie of a $100 bill without giving it back to the proper owner. You don’t want to be on that side of things in the world.
With the economy consistently being down the future is unsure for many in the world. The dollar has dropped and people’s retirement is in turmoil as it has been these past few years.
One of my answers as well as that of Robert Kiyosaki is network marketing for passive income.
One of the biggest problems though, in my opinion is the products of network marketing that either build up or go to waste for most people. There are however products that are assets and not liabilities and can be used for good purpose(s) in this recession, even if you currently have challenges sponsoring people for whatever reason.
Its a perfectly good recession that you don’t want to waste on either need or greed.

With over 17 million businesses nationally and still half of those not even having a web site, what can we see about the potentially and actually dominating force of google when it really comes down to market growth in this internet marketing field.
First thing I believe that needs to be said is that those who are in the business of marketing will prevail over those who are S.E.O. gurus who are still given to the black hat of internet marketing and and make their living as S.E.O gurus.
I personally don’t need to be stuffing keywords in my blogs, not to say that I have never done it, since learning from experience that is what many people do at first, but keyword optimization is not needed for this post, since internet marketing is not the main profession for me.
The main profession for me is relationship marketing, whether that is on or offline.
The days of one thing working in google’s eyes can easily be gone tomorrow as many of us have seen.
One thing that is trending toward a logical progression is local S.E.O. It surely appears that google is looking at continued ad space distribution among all market categories across this nationwide real estate of ad space that will be used more frequently by the local markets.
The space, I believe will be swallowed up very swiftly.
I really empathize with small business owners who are not only trying to understand how to use the Internet to market their business, but also to run it.
An organic search will be crucial to the lives of small businesses who want to be recognized as an authority in the appropriate area of service and be able to make leads through marketing, ultimately converting visitors into customers.
There is truly a ton of information out there on the subject when you have spent much time on the subject such as I have done, so at this point for a confused business owner who would not know where to start when it comes to S.E.O., blogging, social media, email campaigns, and so on, a simple and straightforward solution is needed.
So I intend to be at the forefront of this upcoming trend as people are needed to explain to people what the purposes of local S.E.O, internet marketing, and web advertising can and should do for their company, and not to be explained to by an email, website, or automated answering service.
