You get up early in the morning, find your way to do the needed things you need to get to like coffee and car keys, work all day, come home, take care of chores, have dinner, and get to play with your kids for maybe an hour. Does this sound like the purpose of life to you?
In the bible, the original purpose for mankind was basically laid out for them.
They were to fill the earth and subdue it, for the earth was their land, able to be cultivated for fruitfulness and prosperity.
Then came the ideas introduced by a serpent who induced a woman into what led human kind into the alternate purpose.
To work hard until you die unless you are well off.
One main point of this story, whether you believe it is real or not is this:
Everyone was to have his or her own land in which to dwell abundantly.
No money or greed was needed and no paying of taxes on your paid off property, along with permission to do any sort of building onto your property was needed nor intended in its original purpose.
All had a right to their own land without price.
So we live in time of deep despair and anguish with people losing their homes to foreclosures because of poor money management and so forth.
So I’ll tell you what my purpose of life is:
The original purpose. To fill the earth and subdue it without worry of someone taking my property and owning a significant amount of it.
You deserve to do the same. Live you life with the vision of having children, having land, and having a peaceful place in which to dwell with exciting things to look forward to so you can shake things up without being bored.

My Story of College Drop Out, Laid Off, and Baby on the Way!

Starting to get involved in Home Based Businesses in the early part of 2008, I had no one to turn to but one mentor who introduced me to a confusing and frustrating online e-commerce world that made no sense and was not able to make any practical application of with to actually make money.
I had never graduated from my IT college and have experienced having no job during this time frame as almost everything seemed to have crashed down in my life, topping it off with what seemed to be at the time, a burden of a surprise from my wife.
Being in a place of need from the start of actually going back to the start of 2006, I was off to Fort Lauderdale, FL form my small home town in Ohio with no one to turn to for employment but a Franchise Distributing Director of a top 20 Franchise Company that was on the fast track but left me in the place of desperate means to be able to get out of debt, start a new life and new family in the coming next few years.
Come to find after having made one of the first deals of close to 100k in a sale, I was not getting the pay nor results I wanted in my entrepreneurship.
I had no leads, receiving only about 2 per day from my free lead source providing by the company, and losing funds quickly through high international phone bills and other liabilities piling up from little cash flow.
What was the eventual answer?
To start my own business when funds were available and learn how to generate my own leads.
Buying a franchise did not seem feasible with a 20k starting asking price, or a little less with some negociating.
So I was looking to find a low start up, low overhead cost business model that had potential to grow in the market place as I found my own niche
I initially found network marketing in those early days through the old amway model while my wife was pregnant hoping to find a way to achieve the results I desired and started to branch out and find all sorts of ways to actually try and make money online but with no professional skills and proper mindset for the industry and affiliate, internet, and network marketing.
So finally I found Mike Dillard through twitter pages and connecting with concepts. Of course I tried to pitch my business to him through twitter like everyone does at first, not realizing who he was…
Attraction marketing made the difference in profitability for me.

Should You Promote Your Online Business Opportunity Up-Front?

Should you promote your opportunity up front when trying to build a network marketing business?
The other option would be to follow attraction marketing, thereby ATTRACTING prospects, customers, and partners to you.
I will try and answer this question the best I can and give you thoughts in regard to your name, your brand, and even more importantly, your reputation and trust as a marketer and professional in direct sales.
The question may arise in regard to a new or newer opportunity that seems to be something that lends itself to a trend or would seem to put you in toward the top of the food chain, so to speak.
In this case, keep in mind you are not working with an established company and who knows whether your product or service will hold up long term. If you are set in promoting a new opportunity you may justify promoting that opportunity up front.
If we are speaking of online campaigns that will do this, I will have to strongly say that the best answer here is NO.
You have a lot to sacrifice, including your name, that will ultimately be affected by the decisions you choose to make in marketing a new opportunity and you may even lose some respect of your peers in the industry. Not a good situation to be in, when you want to build your network, not just for building your mlm, but for the bigger picture, which would include joint ventures and marketing ides, along with joining other opportunities outside of mlm.
If you are marketing offline, it is much easier to justify direct mlm marketing in my humble opinion. It does though, depend on who you are marketing when trying to accomplish best practices and results.
If you are much more results driven, then wanting to just be involved in a conversation offline, that may waste your time, you may have to get to the point of the opportunity, inviting them to a seminar, or referring them to more information on that opportunity you are involved with.
You still do want to be applying the attraction marketing concepts to your business when you are marketing or promoting to people that have zero to little experience in mlm, since you never want to appear needy in your demeanor.
Marketing directly with your opportunity online is a waste of time and a counter productive way to apply attraction marketing in my opinion. If you are new, I would recommend focusing on one of the attraction marketing systems before you ever start promoting your company heavily, since the sales funnels and letters are high converting, giving you a much easier sell at a usually a lower price point than the distributor fee of an mlm. If you can’t make sales with an affiliate funded proposal, then how will you make any money promoting a primary opportunity? The attraction marketing systems will enable you to become successful at generating leads and sending people through a customized marketing funnel and making cash flow.

Mindset Shift: Going From Wanting To Manifesting Your Dreams.

We have all wanted or desired something as serious entrepreneurs, that led us to the current networking profession.
Whether that was more money, better health, more time, or more freedom, we have been led, many of us to networking in some way to achieve our goals in life and business.
There was a post given by Edward Elliott on facebook that made me think about the competition factor of this blog post.
If we are competing against others, where is our focus? It is in making ourselves better than others in what we can do. If we were to attempt to go farther and faster than someone who is a master their particular profession we may be in for burnout exhaustion, or worse, quitting our quest for a better lifestyle.
If we allow this type of negative wanting to overtake us in the race that entrepreneurs face, we may be caught in a less than desirable situation.
How great to be a part of a unified team of marketers that have similiar goals and interests, working toward common mindset!
I, along with my wife, have take the road less traveled. It is not a road of Large houses, BMW’s, and high fashion and appliances that many work to obtain and desire.
Since YOU HAVE TO WORK to obtain anything like that, the path will not be easy for anyone. Dues will be paid.
No one will step in and obtain the benefits of manifesting their dreams unless they stay with the process and most importantly, don’t quit.

President Barack Obama has stated the influx of ongoing technologies for 2010 such as the ipad, using no lack of brand names and an overload of information on blogs, and social media, has been bad for economy and democracy as paraphrased on a news on the economy magazine. President Obama though, is joined to his blackberry like a surgical incision. The “distractions” mentioned are not good for a thriving nation, would be the view taken by many in the political arena, and as viewed upon by some theorists explaining that with every advance in technological achievements comes with a loss in human and social interaction.
The social revolution has served as a means to make history in that political arena, using youtube, blogs, twitter, and myspace to capitalize on many ways of reaching currently many adding age groups, even in this unstable economy.
Its pretty much a no brainer. You need to go out and reach your audience in this space in order to be affective in your campaign, no matter what type of campaign you are running in a current modern economy.
Besides just internet advertising, cell phone advertising should reach massive proportions, not just in apps used on mobile devices as a list of new technology for 2010 emerges, but also by text messages used for promoting all sorts of products and services. The Haiti tragedy was the first of many cell phone campaigns to come in the future used by large and soon small businesses as the mobile advertising market could be worth more than 3 billion by 2013. Acquisitions by big players such as Google and Apple of mobile companies that specialize in the mobile advertising market make this a truly promising year of mobile marketing. I believe we’ll see text message business cards and mobile opt-in lists become standard for many businesses.

We all have the ability to decide where our eyes are whether that is on the computer or the cell phone, and can opt into whatever list we want with the free will to decide what information is important and what is just gossip and overload.

20 Traits Of A Leader

What are the most desirable traits of a leader?
Let’s go ahead and consider them one by one and get feedback on these main categories.
Here’s what I was thinking are the most important in no particular order:
1. Humility
Every leader I believe has not skipped the steps needed to become who they currently are. They had to have paid the price, otherwise there is no ability to relate to others who have to take the hard and less fortunate road in life. I particularly admire those in handicapped situations because they are very unique in showcasing other abilities they have other than physical skills like the on e of the limbless man
2. Humor
You need humor as a leader or else everything will go down as a seriously boring world and a a charismatic leader will accomplish this fairly easily, even in pressure situation.
3. Ability to calm things down
Like a quarterback taking control of the team during a loud and noisy stadium or arena, this trait can be seen action under pressure situations in life that many times or more about reaction than anything else. How do you train yourself to react better under sudden situations? Simply act think and play the part. You will not be perfect at your reaction but you can affirm to yourself that you will react in the best possible way.
4. Creativity
We all need some level of creativity to deliver presentations, articles, videos, and so on. Much can be hired out most people’s brand starts out with a simple idea and it expands in compounded ideas and content.
5. Setting the proper example
Setting the example for an organization, business, or family and friends will set you up as the person to be looked to. The fruits of your labor do not have to go in vain. There is usually someone watching
6. Standing firm
There have been people who have stood firm in their belief system and morals all of their life. Take for example that of Jesus Christ in the Bible’s account of a man who was being targeted by a mob being led by a betrayer, Judas. Jesus was betrayed with a kiss and when asked by the angry mob, who was Jesus of Nazereth, he replyed “I am he”, giving such fearlessness, standing firm and stepping forth that the people ones in the mob were shocked and knocked back from the disbelief of a man taking such a stand. You could also take the example of the major James Cameron films such as the Terminator, Matrix, and Avatar. In any case the betrayer put the savior to the test by someone that was actually closely sided with the savior and was led astray, giving him a test to stand firm in the face of opposition.
7. Helping others succeed
How could anyone have success without the help of others. Tribes, networking organizations, sports teams, and congregations of people are designed to help one another, especially through the association of an up building way to help others who are willing to be helped in a world of mass mis-direction and guidance in helping others grow.
8. Lack of selfishness
It is a natural human tendancy to give into selfishness, it seems especially with the number one resource we all have, which would be none other than time. The giving of money is sometimes good but has far less impact than someone who is willing to spend a little time helping someone else to solve a problem, whether financial, personal, health and fitness, technologically, and through coaching and training.
9. Doing what is right even when it hurts
Closely related to standing firm and going against the grain when it comes to being fashionable, trendy, or out of greed, doing what is honest and trust worthy is a long term goal, which you not reap benefits from right away but is a worthy cause that makes you accountable and responsible to others, giving you the kind of respect that is earned a consistent set of values and beliefs.
10. Taking a loss for the better
Putting a team or organization in front of your own cause is the most honorable thing to be doing. What is best for this team? What are the simplest ways of doing things without taking unproductive shortcuts and manifesting a sound and reasonable course of action when it comes to choosing the course of wisdom and discernment.
11. More heart than talent
I get so fired up about this concept because its not the talent that gets you to the destination, but the heart or mind of ourselves that allow us to grow up to the person we are to become to be successful with regards to important matters of providing for our families, giving them a better life of freedom, or giving to other causes that we are passionate about such as disaster relief, ministry work, and charitable organization support.
12. Fearlessness
This point was touched upon and needs further attention because we can let the fear of man intimidate us when there are people close to us or random persons just trying to give advice that we know is not best for us. We all have the same main core values represented by different beliefs but that fear of not being accepted or liked for who we are can give us situations that we will compromise our integrity and ruin our relationships with God and man or woman. Fear of ourselves not be able to succeed also holds us back from accomplishing what it is we need to do to become that success in our occupation.
13. Strong will to accomplish your goal
That determination factor is used by the ultra successful to accomplish tasks long term. Was the greatest basketball player of all time successful all of the time? No. In fact he failed many, many times including his first year in making the playoffs, taking 7 years to make it to a championship. Then he took a shot at ownership only to seemingly fail at that goal but wait! He’s not done yet, being majority owner of the new bobcat franchise and starting out with very little knowledge in the Michael Jordan motor sports team and losing the majority of the time until 5 years later, taking their first ever victory in the season opener after those years of struggling to obtain the needed professional resources needed in the industry.
14. Work Ethic
The work ethic of a champion goes well for anyone who wants to have a strong chance of becoming a top performer in their niche. Without that, what would one get accomplished.
15 Sacrifice
The sacrifices of giving up something you like or love to do for the sake of more important objectives in business goes well with the requirements that cannot be skipped for most. Giving up anything like tv watching to working out is needed for most people with a daily 9-5 or time consuming occupation.
16. Vision
The vision to exceed the expectations of the normal, expected, and average are absolutely needed in a world of mismanaged time, priorities, and work ethic. The vision and the dream are what will get you ultimately to that destination as long as you remember your original intent.
17. Endurance
The ability to keep going for some time. Really its usually the amount of time that no one else will put in to become ultra successful. The best long distance racers are really super human when they have the dedication to be thinking of the prize at the end of the race, lasting for hours.
18. Love of neighbor
Love of people is what gets you very far in life I believe and counts towards your personal gratification more than anything.
19. Putting things in best priority
Many, many distraction lay in wait for us. Do we get sidetracked very easily. There will be times where we will but is it a daily struggle?
20. Edify others
Putting bragging rights in proper place will help people to be recognized, knowing that it is deserved by the receiver. There is no room for sarcasm or negative energies when it comes to accomplishing this part of leadership, since when these are displayed people will not come back or stay for long.
I hope that not too much for your today, but feel greatly free to capitalize on these traits, learn and apply them.

Awareness Of The Simple And Successful Characteristics Of An Entrepreneur.

The simple characteristics of a successful entrepreneur are easily shown in the willingness of that entrepreneur to keep things as simple as possible with a basic focus on their goals on a daily basis.
You could also say the simple entrepreneur does not get drifted away be new companies, products, systems, and services, when it comes to business ventures and the entrepreneur.
I see so much lack of staying simple with a few simple goals among my peers that it makes one wonder how any consistency is obtained in the direct sales network marketing industry.
Consistency and Simplicity is so much needed in our information society and so lacking for the characteristics of successful entrepreneurship.
It is those few who are focused on 1 or 2 things that I believe create more success for themselves.
Mike Dillard says it best with his magnetic sponsoring online, when referring to one business for a long period of time, without any consideration to more complex management of multiple systems and strategies. Going with one thing until it is mastered will give you more breakthrough achievement.
It is commonly thought that the more simple characteristics of entrepreneurs or a certain type personality that make fast decisions and will go for an opportunity without much hesitation, is supposed to be the type of entrepreneur you want to work with.
Well, that is not the consistent model of attraction that is best encountered in my opinion.
What this means for me is the fewer and more focused, the better.
You cannot be partnering and working with more people than you can handle and really have a grip or control over your marketing team without extreme dedication and focus.
When people switch companies, systems, products, and marketing strategies every month, not much is accomplished. The only aspect of this that may need changing ever few years is the marketing strategies, which sometimes leads to adjustments of needed systems.
If you’re the type of entrepreneur that wants maximum results, finish what you start, giving it at least 6 months of your best work, and giving yourself maximum leverage to be able to achieve the best in asset increases.
Our performance is based upon our own ability to take the daily action steps needed to improve our own outlook of ourselves, along with the consistent habit that makes us produce with our determined and simple focus.
