I would like to very clearly answer that question for anyone looking at any opportunities out there for the first time or for the last time.

I’ve really heard both sides of the story..

Many of the older leaders say the just got into the right comany at the right time, but they also aknowledge that there was a method or a system to what they were accomplishing in the networking industry. They know that given the proper training, one can significantly dominate the industry if enough numbers are generated, or enough people are contacted.

The point I would really have to get acroess though is this is a networking business. Which means that there will always be successful people that will go into a company and strengthen their network through old school or offline marketing, if you want to call it that.

But there is an equation missing in that for gaining maximum leverage thoug the internet. For someone getting started and attempting to make a name for him/herself, that is a great way to learn to position yourself using technology.

Real retention though, comes from the atmosphere created by the leaders, inspiring and motivating people to get moving and make a critical decision in their lives.

I personally found myelf homeless, not getting anywhere in the way of getting ahead before realizing the extent of reach of the networking profession. Myself and another fellow entrepreneur/self-employed friend of mine were really out with nowhere to go but to crash at another friends house. The realization of getting into the right place at the right time theory only works for those who are ready.

Thats what happened for me in network marketing and in secular professional positions where I gave myself the opportunity for advancement in management as an employee as well. This increased my salary and since I learned how to manage and get the best handle on money finally!, without living paycheck to paycheck, wondering if the cycle would ever stop, I took a good look at the opportunities available and availed myself to the chance to profit with that extra cash!

Affiliate products do a fine job of leveraging the internet for maximum leverage online, and if done properly, will fund any business expenses, given you do not give up. If that sounds familiar, it is because it is said in traditional network marketing as well, and when the right marketing comes together with the right opportunity, product, system, and people that support, assist, and leverage your efforts, it makes the battle all the worth while, no matter what they say about network marketing!

In summary, there is some truth to the getting in at the right time story, but its more likely that the right time depends a little more on the timing of leadership and the decision to have the utmost integrity and responsibility for your business model that exceeds and excels the average person looking to just get in and hope and pray that they are in the best position they can be in with any opportunity.
